The launch of the new fragrance from Rihanna did not go as planned. The singer has been the target of anti-fur activists.
Monday, Rihanna was passing at Macy's in New York to launch her latest fragrance, RiRi. Unfortunately for her, things have gone wrong since among the fans are inlaid anti-fur activists. While the interpreter Bitch Better Have My Money proudly presented his new fragrance to the crowd, demonstrators suddenly arose with the intention to charge the star his taste for fur coats chanting, placards in hand: "Shame on Rihanna! 50 dead animals, a fur coat. " A video posted on the US site TMZ showed that the star's security service intervened quickly to evacuate the activists.
This is not the first time that Rihanna is covered by anti-fur activists. In 2012 the singer had been strongly criticized by PETA, the animal rights organization, after making an appearance with a pair of snakeskin boots. Rihanna, who made no comment after the incident, no account give in to pressure. The young woman, dressed all in pink, has quietly continued to promote her perfume, which follows Rebl'Fleur or Rogue.
