A Dutch designer creates a fashionable anti-pollution mask
Dutch designer Marcel Wanders, head of the Mooi publishing house, launches for the first time an anti-pollution mask, with the American company based in San Francisco O2TODAY.

This accessory with a modern and ergonomic silhouette is equipped with an advanced filtration system. The mask, made of merino wool from the Southern Alps of New Zealand, filters harmful pollutants to protect the wearer from polluted air. 95% of the hazardous particles would be filtered with this mask made from durable materials.

The Dutch designer sought to "connect the traditions of the past with the current innovations". He adds that this "anti-pollution mask is a simple but important innovation that will help thousands of people around the world." Marcel Wanders also points out that the production of the mask does not pollute "we have created a mask made from a material that does not aggravate the problem that it tries to solve, that of pollution".

This mask is available in six models and two different sizes. It will be available for $ 34 (about € 32) in 2017 in duty-free outlets and retailers in New Zealand, Australia, Korea, but also in China and Southeast Asia.
